About the Role:
Rochestown Lodge Hotel is looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and checking in guests
Handling enquiries in person and over the phone
Managing reservations and bookings
Supporting conference, bar, and restaurant guests
Working closely with other hotel departments

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing or public sector role
Strong communication skills
Computer literate
Ability to work well in a team
Experience with phone reservations preferred
