Heading into the bank holiday weekend at 63 Deerpark Road 📍

The summer weather is holding up perfectly across Ireland, and the terrace is ready for the long weekend. The ideal setup for a slow glass of wine and a few light bites in the sun, or a bistro meal.

Opening hours across the weekend:
Tonight (Friday): Evening bistro service starts from 5pm.

Tomorrow (Saturday): Lunch menu from 9am to 3pm. Bistro from 5pm.

Sunday: Morning café from 9am, moving into the Sunday Roast from 12pm to 6pm.

No bookings are needed for lunch spaces. Reservations are highly recommended for evening and Sunday roast services, bookings via the link in our bio 🍷.

Catching the summer sun at 63 Deerpark Road 📍.

The terrace is set up at the front for making the most of the great weather this week. It is the perfect opportunity for a slow glass of wine or some light bites out in the fresh summer air.

Here is how the week is looking as the summer days kick off:

Monday – Thursday: Coffee and bistro lunch from 8:30am to 3:00pm.

Thursday – Saturday: Daytime from 9:00am to 3:00pm, moving straight into our Evening Bistro service from 5:00pm to 11:00pm.

Sunday: Morning cafe from 9:00am to 12:00pm, followed directly by the Sunday Roast from 12:00pm to 6:00pm.

No booking required for daytime terrace spaces or lunch, just drop in. Reservations are highly recommended for our evening and Sunday roast services, available via the link in our bio 🍷.

A quiet change to the daytime menu at 63 Deerpark Road 📍.

As we move into the summer months, we’ve freshened things up. Keeping the local staples on the board while introducing a few new plates. Focusing on doing the simple things well.

A look at what’s arrived this week:

The Crab Roll with celeriac and granny smith apple.

A classic Niçoise Salad with tuna and heirloom tomatoes.

The French comfort staple, Ham & Cheese Coquillettes Pasta.

There are a few more new additions on the menufor you to discover. Everything is available to sit in, or take out if you're heading to the park to catch the sun.

We are open across the week:
Daytime: Coffee and bistro lunch every day (Sundays Cafe only).
Evenings: Bistro dining now serving Thursday to Saturday from 5pm.
Sundays: The Roast from 12pm to 6pm.

Côte de Bœuf 🥩

The process starts with Ennis Butchers in Rialto, whom we’ve worked with for a decade. They supply our Angus beef from Longford, aged between 30 to 45 days, before Chef Thomas trims and cuts the rack here in the shop.

From there, it's about precision. Marinated with thyme, seared at high heat on the plancha, and rested on organic sourdough bread so no juices are lost before it finishes in the oven.

We carve it before it hits the table, presenting it ready to share on a wooden board with skinny fries, rocket leaves, warm béarnaise, and maître d'hôtel butter.

Thursday evenings are now part of the Bistro rhythm from May 21st, alongside a brand new lunch menu launching Monday, half-price pastries from 2pm Monday to Saturday, and iced coffees made with our own house syrups.

Friday evening service at Tábla is about the work in the kitchen. From the high heat of the grills for our dry-aged Rib-eyes to the pour of a proper Rioja, we are focused on the rhythm of a neighborhood bistro in full swing.

Whether you are joining us for a celebratory bottle or a slow weekend meal, the wine is chilled and the team is ready.

After a high-energy Bank Holiday weekend, we are back to our midweek rhythm. The morning is spent in the kitchen focusing on the visible craft plating up fresh dishes and getting the cafe ready for the Mount Merrion neighbourhood. For us, the best way to shake off the long weekend is a proper meal and a warm welcome.

Whether you are catching up after the break or just need a reliable spot to settle in, the team is ready and the ovens are on.=

The grills are at high heat at 63 Deerpark Road for the start of the Bank Holiday weekend. 🍷📍

Whether you are finishing early for the long weekend or visiting Dublin for the four-day stretch, we are ready. We are focusing on the big guns tonight specifically the 10oz dry-aged Rib-eye from O’Reilly’s next door, served with proper Béarnaise. It is about doing the simple things well for the neighborhood while the energy is high.

Service today:

Cafe & Lunch: 9:00am — 3:00pm

Bistro Evening: 5:00pm — 11:00pm

The doors stay open all weekend across the long break. Since there is no work on Monday, settle in and let the kitchen take care of the rest.

Two months of Tábla in Mount Merrion. 📍

Since opening our doors at 63 Deerpark Road, we have focused on one thing: finding our rhythm. It has been eight weeks of refining the work brewing the first coffees of the morning, sourcing the best beef from O’Reilly’s next door, and firing up the grills for our weekend bistro service.

We have spent this time getting to know our neighbors and figuring out what a bistro should be for this community. Just a dedicated kitchen team and a neighborhood that has shown up for every lunch, evening service, and Sunday Roast.

Our schedule remains the same:

Mon – Thu: 8:30am — 3:00pm (Cafe & Lunch)

Fri – Sat: 9:00am — 3:00pm (Cafe) | 5:00pm — 11:00pm (Bistro)

Sundays: 9:00am — 12:00pm (Cafe) | 12:00pm — 6:00pm (The Roast)

The grills are on and the table is set. We’re looking forward to the next two months.
