Eggs current favourite records ❤️

Acid II Sound Of The Underground - Amazing compilation of Chicago house from the 1990s. I picked this up in Sugahill in Sydenham, South London, during our Cafe 1001 takeover. I am always obsessing over dance music from Chicago. This record hits all the sweet spots of acid house that creates a beautiful energy in the bar for the start of the weekend. Fave Track: Give A Little For The Gold - Marshall Jefferson presents the Dancing Flutes

Best of Divine Shoot Your Shot - Hi Nrg Diva Synth Pop from the 1980s from favourite cult figure Divine ⭐️ I love playing pieces by our q***r histories in the bar, especially on the weekend before we have some of our favourite q***r resident DJs play. Fave Track: Alphabet Rap (Remix by Hyper Go Go)

Jessy Lanza Pull My Hair Back - Lanza has a special place in my heart and I remember when I first started working in The Big Romance a few years ago, I was delighted that the bar has this album in the in house collection. Her production and vocals influence so much of the electronic music that I love. I have made so many amazing connections through mutual love for her music. I love to put this record on when it’s coming to a busy point during the week of midweek cute q***r dates in the bar. I always get asked for the ID when this is record is put on which gives me a lot of joy. Synthy, Airy, Sexy, Earworms. Fave Track: F**k Diamond
