Event Assistant Wanted!

I’m looking for an enthusiastic, reliable person to join me for a high-profile event in Rathfarnham (D14) on Thursdat May 21st. This is a fast-paced "front of house" role—perfect for someone looking for hospitality experience this summer.

You’ll be the face of the service, leading the front line while I’m at the ovens.

The Role:
🍕Finishing and slicing fresh wood-fired pizzas.
🍪 Managing the drinks and treats station.
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Interacting with guests to ensure a top-tier experience.

The Details:
⏰Time: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM (4-hour shift).
📍 Location: Rathfarnham.
🚗 Transport: You can meet me at the school, or I can provide a lift from Clonsilla if you can get to me by 2:30 PM.
💰 Pay: Great rates, paid on the day.
📋 Experience: Full training provided by me on-site from 4:30 PM.

Looking for someone reliable, high-energy, and comfortable in a busy environment. Potential for additional work throughout the summer and beyond!

I’m back at the pub this Friday and Saturday with a brand-new special. This time, I’ve put a spin on another Italian classic: The Carbonara.

I start with a velvety Pecorino cream base and fior di latte on my signature 24-hour dough, topped with authentic crispy Guanciale. Once it’s out of the oven, I finish it with a rich drizzle of corn-fed egg crema and the crunch of my handmade Parmesan crisps.

It’s rich, salty, and perfect with a cold pint. I’ll be at the hatch from 5PM both days (keep an eye on a cheeky Sunday pizza 🫣).

Purists, look away 🫣 I’m bringing together two of my all-time favourites: pizza 🍕 and the almighty smash burger 🍔 — capturing everything that makes a smash burger so great.

Dry-aged beef patties smashed down on a bed of onions, fried until caramelised and crispy, then crumbled over a creamy smoked mozz base. Finished with a “frickle” crispy onion crunch, a drizzle of house burger sauce, and a sesame brioche-style crust for a proper burger bun hit.

This one will be a Smash Hit! 🔥
