Hendrick’s started in Scotland in 1999, created with an unusual twist: cucumber and Bulgarian rose alongside its traditional botanicals. It’s distilled using two very different copper stills, which gives it a lighter floral side and a fuller, more rounded flavour. A bottle with a bit of history behind it — and one that makes a pretty good gin and tonic at Hartstown House.🥃
