Val's pop-up The concept behind this pop-up is to take fine cuisine into a casual environment, on a pay-as-you-please basis. Drinks and service are paid separately.

The concept behind this pop-up is to take fine cuisine into casual environment, allowing the ingredients to speak for themselves.Drawing on culinary influences from my traveling across Europe and Asia, I created a menu that showcases the simplicity of beautiful Irish produce. The "pay-as-you-please' concept allows you to decide how much is fair to pay for your dishes and experience you received.

A 10course tasting autumn menu🍁with a bit of halloween inspiration in it!
