What can you even say about the last five days at Bloom 2026?

Long days, early mornings, plenty of graft, and somehow this incredible team just kept making it happen. From the crews at Hoke Poke and Irish Jacket Potato, every single person stepped up, worked hard, looked after each other, and delivered from start to finish.

Events like this don’t happen because of luck. They happen because of the people behind them.

Massive thanks to this bunch for the energy, the laughs, the commitment, and for showing what teamwork is all about. Absolutely proud of what we achieved together.

A massive shoutout to the incredible team behind it all! 💚

While you see the food being served, there’s a whole squad working tirelessly behind the scenes.

From prep chefs and cooks to cashiers, supervisors and everyone in between, 17 people pulling together to make it happen. What a team, and what a pleasure it is to see what we’re building together.

We’ve now served over 4,000 meals at Bloom, and tomorrow is our final day! If you’re heading along, be sure to stop by and say hello. Our amazing team will be there ready to serve up plenty of fresh, tasty food.
