Le Perroquet, Leeson Street, Dublin 2
Leeson Street welcomes the arrival of Le Perroquet - a new restaurant & bar side dining experience specialising in French and Irish Small Plates. The restaurant sees the welcome return of Nick Munier who will co-own and manage the premises. The address of 133 Upper Lesson Street which was once home to The Farm restaurant was introduced to Munier by his friend & businessman Frank Gleeson. Guests will enjoy a seasonal menu designed by Head Chef & Co. Owner Chris Fullam which will be complemented by enticing cocktails and a classic French wine list.
The concept was derived by the teams desire to create a little touch of France in a bijou corner of Dublin with an emphasis on creating a warm “neighbourhood feel” with beautifully constructed small plates. Le Perroquet (Meaning Parrot in French) took its name in homage to the classic French aniseed drink flavoured with mint syrup and forms the basis of one of their signature “Cockatiels” on offer during L’Aperitif Hour.
