We are looking for a Chef that is passionate about Food and Customer satisfaction. If you want to work in a privately owned Irish Business, drop us a line.
This is a high-profile site and new fully fitted kitchen which will be a dream to work in for the right candidate.

Chef role will report to Head Chef on site

A full Job Description will be given to the successful candidate however the role will entail but not limited to:

To provide well cooked, attractively served food, in clean surroundings within the financial guidelines

To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers.

To monitor the performance of Catering Service and ensure safe working practises are performed at all times.

To ensure Company Policies are adhered to at all times.

To liaise with the Head Chef on all matters to ensure the provision of service meets with the agreed conditions as set by Client Company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 7am to 3.30pm

Location: Donnybrook area

Salary: €13.00-€14.00 per hour

Job description

BRAND NEW SITE OPENING.

You must be able to plan, organise and control the establishment’s operations to ensure that the food quality, presentation, and service are provided to the appropriate standards as defined by the Company.

Experienced in Managing a team of minimum of 4 staff.

To ensure that merchandising procedures and aids are applied to sustain interest in the range of food and beverages being offered and that, when appropriate, effort is made to increase uptake.

To develop and maintain good working relationships with the customers through regular personal contact.

To ensure that the Company Personnel and Food Hygiene Policy and Procedures are applied continuously and that there are no breaches of statutory or Local Authority regulations

You will be expected to work close with the Chef on site and manage the team daily.

This is a hands on role which will mean making Coffee, Sandwiches serving and cleaning and delivering Hospitality
