Crystal Clarity.

Diamond Ice turned crystal-clear hand-cut ice into a reality. Independent, environmentally aware, triple-distilled water frozen into cubes, spheres and diamonds - the kind of detail that lifts every drink it lands in. So we named one after it.

One of the best bars in North America is coming to Dublin 1.

We’re bringing Civil Liberties - ranked No.21 in North America’s 50 Best Bars 2025 - over to our sister bar, The Sackville Lounge, for one night only. The Toronto crew are taking over the bar for an evening of their signature drinks, served their way.

Tuesday 12th August, from 7pm at The Sackville Lounge, 16 Sackville Place. No tickets, no fuss - just walk in and pull up a stool.

Tomorrow night we’re handing the floor to Achill Island Distillery for July’s Spirit Showcase, with Paul McKay.

On a windswept island off the Mayo coast, the McKay family distil, mature and bottle every drop themselves.
He’ll be walking the room through five drams from the island. Each ticket includes a cocktail on arrival, €35 a head.
