For Stillgarden, community provides a sense of home.

From their Dublin distillery and garden, they combine science, nature and locally grown ingredients to create spirits with a distinct sense of place. Through initiatives like their Social Botanist programme, they’ve helped transform urban spaces into thriving habitats for both people and wildlife.

Their O’Maro amaro is a key ingredient in Geotropic, bringing bright botanical character to a drink built around Bán poitín, rosé, grape brandy, coconut and strawberry.

A cocktail inspired by a distillery that’s proving good things grow when people come together.

Geotropic. Bán poitín, Stillgarden’s O’Maro amaro, Regal Rogue rosé, grape brandy, coconut, strawberry. A mix between a Miami Vice, a Negroni and a Strawberry Daquiri… seriously! Tastes like strawberry sponge and roasted coconut, which is to say it tastes like a bank holiday should. No work today. Take the long way home.

This summer we’re taking We Call This Power - our Top 10 nominee for World’s Best Cocktail Menu to Tales of the Cocktail. We’ll be there in July, behind the bar at the , representing Dublin, poitín and a whole community of producers, distillers and makers who helped build this menu with us.

Whatever the outcome, we’re proud of exactly where we are. To be named among the best in the world, twice over, is something none of us take lightly. And honestly? We cannot wait to hit New Orleans.

We Call This Power has been named a Top 10 nominee for World’s Best Cocktail Menu at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards, and there’s still a rare chance to taste it cover to cover.
Our two guided experiences take you through the menu drink by drink, with the stories, techniques and partnerships behind every serve:
The Immersive Experience - three hours, 28 drinks, our full menu in mini serves.
The Distilled Experience - newly launched. Ninety minutes, 14 drinks, an early-evening tasting that bookends with our Belfast Coffee and Irish Coffee.
Tickets are available through to the end of July, and August will be the final month for the Power menu experiences. Once it closes, it closes - because something new is coming this autumn.
