Vanilla panna cotta with poached pear ribbons, poached pear liquor and extra Virgin olive oil This is our version of panna cotta here atrestaurant one of the ingredients used to poach our beautiful pears is ‘Bunratty Irish Mead ‘ Did you know this is where the word honeymoon comes from? Yes kings would drink mead many years ago in their castles later the drink became apart of Irish wedding culture where the husband and wife would drink the honey sweet wine through a full moon cycle hence the word ‘honeymoon’ and this one ? she’s bloody delicious! 😋

Ceaser salad a timeless classic wherever you go around the world she’s there, this is our version at .restaurant ceaser dressing, romain lettuce , polenta crisps with pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds, Parmesan crisps finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil Maldon sea salt, cracked black pepper and Finley grated aged Parmesan. A great dish to plate during service, telling a story through a salad is very enjoyable to discover different flavours and textures throughout a dish so simple.
