A love letter to our Thindi spice bag.
An Irish classic, made with Indian street food at its heart. Two cultures we love, brought together properly. Years on the menu and it still doesn’t get enough credit. A few different angles of it today just because it deserves to be seen properly. Still one of the best things we do🌶️

I spy with my little eye…. something new on the menu. Not saying too much yet, but things are getting crispy!

Shoutout to Thindi Phibsborough this week 👋
Our brilliant team were out and about in the area, meeting locals, handing out a few samples and putting faces to names.

We loved getting to spend a bit of time with the community -
proper chats, familiar faces, and a few new ones we’ll be seeing again!

It was so nice to step outside the usual and be part of what’s going on around here - with a busy (and hopefully sunny) weekend ahead, we’ll be open late as always - for whatever way you’re spending it🧡
