As we have a staff shortage between our Café and the Takeout, we have had to make the decision, to close the KCR Takeout (currently we do not know for how long), so we can move into the café and work there.

However, from Tuesday the 6th of July we will do takeout (or delivery via Just Eat/Deliveroo) from the Silk Road Café, Chester Beatty, Dublin Castle, Dublin 2.

Our new opening hours will be 12.00-17.00 Tuesday-Saturday and our menu will be the the usual one.

It finally seems like summer, so we have decided that we will do a special summer price for our Vegan mezze for 2 (only this week)! Remember we are open Thursday, Friday and Saturday 2pm-9pm.

We use a lot of herbs & spices in our food - but sumac is probably the one we use the most.

We are looking for a person to join us, that has knowledge of vegan and/or Middle Eastern food. As all the food we make are our own recipes, training will be given. We are currently open for collection/delivery of food between 2pm-9pm 3 days a week, but that will change.
