Classic 8 stack tulip pour 🌷

Things to consider while pouring:
🧡the position of the first pour determines the balance of the entire tulip
🧡start the first pour slightly closer to the center; don’t start too close to the bottom of the cup
🧡practice symmetry and texture before adding more layers

Let us know if these tips were helpful!

Not sure about your coffee flavor? Check these 6 factors below ⬇️

Here are 6 key factors that can change the flavour in your cup:

🫘 1. Grind Size
Finer — increases the surface area, allowing water to extract the coffee more.
Coarser — reduces the surface area, slowing down the extraction.

💧 2. Water Quality
Clean, well-balanced water helps bring out the coffee’s flavours without unwanted mineral or chemical tastes.

⏱️ 3. Brew Time
Brewing too quickly can lead to an under-extracted, sharp or sour cup, while brewing for too long can result in over-extraction and bitterness.

🌡️ 4. Water Temperature
A typical brewing range of 91–94°C can help extract flavour effectively and bring out the coffee’s sweetness, acidity and body.

☕️ 5. Brewing Method
Different brewing methods affect how water interacts with the coffee.
Pressure, immersion and paper filtration can all change the flavour, body, clarity and strength of your cup.

🚰 6. Coffee-to-Water Ratio
More coffee relative to water = a stronger, more concentrated cup.
Less coffee relative to water = a lighter, more delicate cup.

Save this post for the next time your coffee doesn’t taste quite right.

Use these 6 factors to help you figure out why😉
