Chefs Ross Lewis and Luciano Tona have been friends through Michelin starred food and tall tales, for many years. Originally from Slovakia and living in Dublin for over 14 years, Rodan has been part of the Lucio kitchen for more than 6 years. Most days you’ll find him at the stove, working with seafood, fresh pasta and whatever new idea he’s been testing that week. He loves the process of refining dishes, trying new recipes and bringing a bit of creativity into every service. Quietly consistent, hugely talented, and a big part of what makes Lucio what it is.
