Is the coffee slice gradually fading from culinary consciousness/relevance? In a food scene noisy with fads and trends is the absolute alchemy of puff pastry, Fresh Irish Cream, jam and coffee fondant becoming overlooked for all that's shiny and new? We make and sell coffee slices x the hundreds daily but they are definitely either ignored or overlooked by our younger customers (who we still love and appreciate😘). We just think it's a crying shame, because they are SOOO DAMN GOOOD!
