Our food truck is a 1969 Citroen HY, extra high roof and extra long wheelbase, measuring roughly 2.5m x 2.5m x 6m and 7m long when the back hatch is open and the rear service table is in place. She is driving ok with the original engine. Not fast !
The food truck is fully kitted out for catering any type of food, it
consists of a double gas grill, a 6 bay Bain Marie, a double fryer, a heated display cabinet and 3 bay chill section, 3 door fridge with extensive s/s countertops. It has a microwave, gas salamander, hot water boiler, 3 sinks supplied from a 70L tank, waste water tanks underneath and fibreglass flooring. Power supply sockets for all weather cables, and long hose for gas bottles. Two skylight/ventilation hatches, internal fireproof cladding and some s/s wall splash-back. Plenty of 3 pin sockets and overhead fluorescent light. A big service hatch and a s/s folding customer shelf.
Also included is a till, s/s and plastic gastros, all utensils and equipment to facilitate an immediate start.
We created Custom made space to house a generator at the back of the truck.
When connected to our generator, this food truck is ready to go and can trade in any front driveway or remote location, anywhere!
