On 22 October, join us for an exclusive California W**e Dinner, where iconic w**es meet contemporary Irish cuisine. Executive Chef Gareth Mullins has created a refined multi-course menu inspired by the season, with each dish thoughtfully paired to bring out the depth and character of the w**es.
 
An evening of considered pairings, culinary artistry and good company, from the first pour to the final course.
