A little goodbye to Lucille 🇫🇷

Originally from Calvados in Normandy, Lucille joined us at Chez Max for the summer while practising her English and enjoying a little Irish summer experience.

She’s heading back to France in a few days to continue her studies in Law & Economics.

It was a pleasure having you with us, Lucille. Thank you for all your hard work — you’ll be missed around Chez Max !!!

There’s something lovely about walking around Chez Max and coming across all the reviews and little pieces of our history !

It’s easy to forget just how many years we’ve been here, and how many of you have shared a meal, a coffee, a celebration or just a quiet moment with us along the way ❤️

Seeing it all together is a nice reminder of how far we’ve come — and, more importantly, why we keep doing what we do.
