Irish rock band have announced The 20 Year Anniversary Tour, a special run of live dates across Ireland celebrating two decades of music, memories and connection with audiences across Ireland and beyond.

The announcement follows the band’s 20th anniversary celebrations, including the release of a powerful orchestral reimagining of their acclaimed song “All Works Out” , recorded with National Symphony Orchestra Ireland . Arranged by Brian Byrne and conducted by Gavin Murphy , the release brings a cinematic new dimension to one of the band’s most beloved songs.

Fresh from their appearance at Forbidden Fruit festival, Mount Pyrus have announced a show at Whelan’s Upstairs on Sat 22nd August 2026.

Mount Pyrus is the joint project of Dublin based musicians Finn Smyth (Production & Keys) and Mabel Thew (Vocals & Guitar). The group formed out of the pair’s passion for music and shared interest in writing.

Combining elements from retro pop & indie jazz, the band aspires to create a unique blend of genres. Inspired by artists such as Mild High Club, Crumb & Men I Trust.

With a live sound consisting of soft vocals, warm keys, retro synth lines as well as driving drums & smooth bass, they’ve carved a unique space within the Irish music scene.
