BROTHERS IN ARMS! These two gents are the OG’s of San Sab. Jack and Benz. Heading up your Clontarf space. Mad about these boys!

Two brothers whose Mum also works for San Sab! It’s overused, but San Sab is all about family. We have brothers, husband and wife’s, partners, and all that’s in between, working in all of our three locations. We will even have our first San Sab wedding this year!

All Thai Chefs in our spaces, all working so very hard to be the best that we can be. There is no central kitchen policy at San Sab, we will never do it - instead, everything is prepped, chopped, marinated, sliced and cooked fresh in our three kitchens. I’m really proud of what we have achieved as a Team. Proud of the San Sab Family!

Blackrock, you peach!! Only one year open and YOU ARE A WINNER!!! Congratulations to all the Team, headed up by our amazing Head Chef Nooni. It’s always so lovely to be recognised for our hard work and hustle but this one is all about the Team. Trust me, nobody works harder than the San Sab family to be the best that we can be and we believe in what we do because we believe in you! It’s that simple. I really don’t know how they do it! Meet Fae and Head Chef Aophat - Drumcondra. They work side by side, if I did that with my partner, it would be blood on the dance floor!! It’s a very special thing. O is the boss but Fae is the decision maker!!

We love them and all that they do for us.

Choo Chee Curry. PACKED with flavour. I love this one!

There’s just something about that glossy, spicy, coconut and red curry sauce infused with kaffir lime that will have you loving this curry. Here we use Irish fillet beef.

In a time gone mad, we will always put the quality of our ingredients centre place in all we do. Our suppliers are amazing and it’s these partnerships that make this possible today.

Thai Green Curry. One of our most popular curries. Famous for the quality and depth of flavour of our curries, - it’s all in the best and freshest ingredients delivered daily.

It is one of the best known dishes of Thai cuisine, and despite its complex flavours, it is actually quite easy to make - again, fresh ingredients needed! Nothing dried. It's also gluten free, and adaptable for vegans!

THAI CHILLI SQUID
I love fish and I especially love squid. Prepped fresh to order. Enjoyed best as a dine in. Crispy and full of Thai flavour. Squeeze that juicy fresh lime all over and enjoy! My father worked in hospitality and I worked by his side for many years. His ethos - “keep it simple, simple works”.

You know dinner was good when you want to eat it for breakfast. Speaking of, it’s 11:30am and I’m writing with a happy belly!

I had our Stir Fry Red Curry last night. I have to tell you people, really good!

The secret to San Sab’s curries are lots of aromatics like fresh ginger, onion, kaffir, cinnamon, stir anise and garlic - and always premium full fat coconut milk.

Try this one and thank me later….now, to those leftovers…

Sticky Sweet Chilli Chicken - you guys just love this dish!

One of San Sab’s top 5. We make this only with fresh chicken fillet supplied by Robinson’s of Dublin. Sliced, tossed and floured daily by our Thai A-Team. Woked with lots of our sweet chilli sauce.

So crispy, sticky, sweet, slightly spicy and totally, completely addictive. Try it - perfect comfort food!

It comes from all of our players. , FOH Team, KP’s, drivers and our amazing suppliers and of course the solid encouragement from our . We often fall down but we always pull eachother along.
