Since then, we've watched generations grow up around our tables. Parents who came as children now bring their own kids. Friendships have been made here, anniversaries celebrated, and countless ordinary Tuesdays turned into something worth remembering.

The faces have changed and so has the room, but the heart of it hasn't. It's still about the people. The regulars who've become part of the family, and the new guests who walk in for the first time and leave already planning their next visit.

A heartfelt thank you to the incredible teams from China and Volpe Nera who made our recent collaboration dinner such a success.

As part of our 50th anniversary celebrations, it was a pleasure to welcome Barry Sun and the Volpe Nera team into our kitchen to create a truly special 12-course menu.

Events like these take an enormous amount of planning, preparation and teamwork, and we're grateful to everyone who contributed their skill, creativity and hard work to make the evening possible.

It was wonderful to see guests enjoying the food, wine and atmosphere, and we're proud of what both teams achieved together.

Here's to many more memorable evenings to come.
