Hello Camden Street!

We’re buzzing to open on one of the most energetic streets in the city. There’s a little more room to breathe in this spot, plus it’s got a nice little outdoor space at the front. It’s nice to be neighbours with . Fun will be had!

We’re gonna push to open sometime in July. We’ll share updates as they happen!

The fan favourite is back, Ricotta & Greens - white with Cime Di Rapa, House Ricotta, Fior Di Latte, Grana Padano, Garlic and Calabrian chilli.

We waited three very long years to finally have a space that we could use as a test kitchen, and last month, the wait ended with the completion of Bambino HQ. It’s a space that houses our entire team, where we work every day on all things Bambino: new specials, recipes, merch, campaigns, and anything else we put our minds to. After the failure that was the Smithfield project, we didn’t think the day would come, but we’re here now and we love it!

Conor has been with us since day one of our hospitality and we shared a lot of wonderful memories, catastrophes, and everything in between over the 8 years he was with us. He kept Token and Bambino ticking the entire time and was a constant source of often questionable, nearly cancellable humour. Best of luck on your opportunity Conor. We love you and will miss you ❤️
