Yesterday, our ice cream shop was robbed by a group of teenagers. But today we’re choosing to focus on the incredible community around us.

On May 9th, we’re opening the saunas bright and early at 5 a.m. in support of Pieta House. All sauna sessions from 5:00 to 7:00 a.m. will be donated to Pieta House . We want to create a space where everyone can come together, enjoy a rejuvenating sauna after an early swim, and connect as the sun rises. It’s a chance to start the day fresh, together, for a great cause.

We wanted to give back to the lovely community 🖤, so we created our own run club a space where anyone can show up, move their body, build consistency, and start their Saturday feeling uplifted, together. ☀️

It’s not just about the run. It’s the chats, the coffee and sauna after, and seeing so many of the same lovely faces come back each week that makes it special.

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, take this as your sign.

📍We meet every Saturday, rain or shine, at Sandycove Store & Yard. We head off together for a 5km loop at a relaxed ~6:00–6:45 min/km pace, then return for coffee and a complimentary sauna.
