Inspired by the elegance of traditional Chinese ink painting (水墨画) — where misty mountains meet still waters, and every brushstroke tells a story. 🖤

Our Golden Sand Prawn Rice Roll with Black Truffle, part of our new dim sum series, brings that same artistry to the plate — delicate, bold, and beautifully balanced.

Use a straw for a soup bun? That’s right!
Introducing our new Dim Sum Series: Shanghai Soup Bun.
Each steamer comes with one giant soup bun and a straw, made for sipping the savory broth before enjoying the rest of the bun.

Our traditional soup buns are usually served as three small dumplings. This time, we’re exploring a new way to enjoy them — one oversized soup bun: bigger, bolder, and filled with even more rich broth inside.

⚠️Attention: Fresh out of the steamer, it’s piping hot, so let it cool for a few minutes before taking your first sip.

Sip first. Then enjoy.
