Paella is a tricky one but its so worth it. Having searched and tested a few recipes this seems to be the winner! If you are up to the challenge give it a go!!

This dish requires organization and slicing and dicing in advance. But once the paella gets going, the process is pretty seamless—and the rewards are huge.

Tips for poaching salmonBring the cooking liquid to the boil and lower the heat. By gently poaching the salmon with hold the structure of the salmon. Serve with new potatoes and hollandaise sauce.
