A cocktail to make this summer called Gin Blush with Gareth Mullins
Ingredients⁣
10 Raspberries⁣
50ml Gin⁣
25ml Sugar Syrup⁣
100ml Apple Juice⁣
20ml Lemon Juice⁣
1 Egg White⁣
5 Raspberries on a Skewer, to Garnish⁣
⁣
Method⁣
Pre-chill the glass by placing it in the freezer.⁣
Muddle the fresh raspberries in the bottom of a shaker.⁣
Add the gin, apple juice, lemon juice, and sugar syrup to the shaker and dry shake (no ice).⁣
Add lots of ice to the shaker and shake again.⁣
Strain into the pre-chilled glass.⁣
Garnish with the raspberry skewers.⁣

The perfect Hugo Spritz by Gareth Mullins. 🍹⁣

Ingredients⁣
60ml Prosecco⁣
40ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur⁣
60ml Elderflower Tonic Water⁣
4 to 6 Mint Leaves⁣
Sprig of Mint, to Garnish⁣
2 Slices of Lemon, to Garnish⁣
⁣
Method⁣
Squash the mint leaves in the bottom of the wine glass.⁣
Half fill the glass with ice.⁣
Add the elderflower liqueur and stir well.⁣
Add the prosecco and elderflower tonic.⁣
Garnish with a couple of slices of lemon and a sprig of mint.⁣ Over 18’s only, please drink responsibly.

We are delighted to stock fresh Irish Strawberries from Mike in Dalkey Fruit our Strawberry supplier and his cousin Eamon the farmer in the sunny South East.

Their Grandfather started growing strawberries in Wexford in the 1950's and three generations have lovingly perfected their strawberries. If you think their strawberries couldn't get any better they are confident their 2026 strawberries will trump all that came before!

A little heat for the sunshine ahead 🌶️🍸☀️⁣ Spicy Margarita, made with Olmeca Altos Tequila on offer with Gareth Mullins.⁣

Ingredients⁣
3 Cubes of Ice⁣
50ml Tequila Blanco⁣
25ml Fresh Lime Juice⁣
25ml Cointreau Orange Liqueur⁣
10ml to 15ml Agave Syrup⁣
2 to 3 Fresh Jalapeños, Sliced⁣
1 Wedge of Lime, to Garnish⁣
Tajin or Chilli Salt (3 teaspoons Maldon Salt with ½ teaspoon Chilli Powder)⁣

Method⁣
Rim the glass with a wedge of lime and dip into chilli salt or Tajin.⁣
Squash the jalapeños in the bottom of a shaker.⁣
Add the tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, agave syrup and ice to the shaker.⁣
Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.⁣
Garnish with an extra slice of jalapeño and a wedge of lime. ⁣
