The Prego. Sometimes research and development is hard, sometimes it’s a pleasure. Inspired by the famous ‘dessert’ at Cervejaria Ramiro in Lisbon, our Prego sits on our On Bread section, but if the idea of a dry aged fillet with confit garlic, homemade mustard and crystal bread sounds like a good finisher… do a Ramiro and order it for dessert!

Fideuà
Originating from the coastal town of Gandía in the Valencian Community. This dish is the cousin of paella and we think just as delicious. The stock is made from red mullet and castletownbere shrimp, rich and deep, finished with olive oil and Espelette pepper.
The shrimp is briefly cook under a hot grill, accompanied by alioli of course and a squeeze of fresh lemon. One of our “favourites” at BANG. We love it and hope you will too.

Week 1 done! We loved working with 21 Spaces on the interior and a special thanks to Kevin Brennan for creating our new mural and preserving the original wall from 1999.
