A couple more summer favourites are about to clock off.

Pulled pork empanadas. Chimichurri aioli.
Beef brisket tacos. That kimchi dip.

They’ll be hanging around until the end of the month, then we’re changing things up for autumn.

Before anyone panics…. the kimchi dip is staying.
We’re trying to change the menu, not ruin the business.

Get these in while you still can!

Summer doesn’t leave politely. It just disappears from your plate.

Buffalo burrata. Chargrilled peach. Roasted red pepper relish. Basil oil. Melon and onion mignonette.

Sweet, smoky, sharp and messy in all the right ways.

Get it while you can. Autumn menu incoming!

There are easier ways to make cheesecake. Powders, pastes, shortcuts. This isn’t one of them.

A fresh vanilla bean gets split and scraped clean. Eggs get cracked. Batter gets whisked. The whole thing goes into a very hot oven and comes out scorched, trembling and unapologetically rich. Then we add sugar and introduce some fire.

Nothing clever. Nothing bought in. Just a brûlèed Basque cheesecake, properly made from scratch.

Two lads. One camera. A table full of food.

No big production. Just good food, bad directions and the occasional moment of competence.

Better experienced with a fork in your hand.

The difficult part of a Bovinity photoshoot is disposing of the evidence afterwards.

The crew gathered round, dignity slowly disappeared, and nothing went to waste.

We are very serious about food.

Taste of Dublin.
Bovinity.
Dry-aged beef and poor impulse control.

Charred. Rolled. Sauced. Devoured.
Come find us before we start eating our own stock.

No one ever remembers the salad.

House-made arancini packed with pulled pork and Pecorino, finished with roasted red pepper emulsion and black peppercorn honey.

Crisp on the outside. Rich where it counts.

Fruity. Juicy. Notorious.
And if you don’t know, now you know.
