We are very excited to announce our next chef residency with . Sam worked with John & Sandy at l’ecrivan many moons ago. He has worked in many great restaurants around Dublin. Moving on to Copenhagen & more recently Berlin. He is back home and we are delighted to have him He will be with us on the 30th & 31st of December. The 2nd to the 4th of January and again on the 7th to the 10th. Bookings can be made via our website spaces are limited so get booking! Sam shares our ethos of hyper seasonality and working closely with farmers & producers. A perfect match!
