Meet the Barry’s. ❤️

Rachyl and Mia - two sisters and two very important parts of the Blackrock family.

Rachyl joined us in August 2022 as one of our first floor team members. Just over a year later, her hard work and commitment saw her promoted to Floor Supervisor - a role she took very seriously!

As she finished college and looked to gain experience in her chosen field, Rachyl was given the opportunity to join our Accounts Office, where she gained valuable experience in another side of the business before moving on to the next stage of her career.

Thankfully for us, she wasn’t quite ready to leave the Blackrock behind! You’ll still see Rachyl from time to time, covering weekend bar shifts.

Mia joined us in 2025 and, like her sister, has quickly shown great work ethic and dedication on the floor.

Two sisters, one Blackrock family. ❤️

The Blackrock is off to the Irish Champions Festival! 🏇🥂

We’re heading to Leopardstown on Saturday 12th September, and we want you on the bus with us!

For just €50 per person, we’ve got your whole day sorted from the moment you walk out the door:
