Today we join the people of Drogheda and the wider hospitality community in remembering Olive Sarsfield.

Olive devoted her life to caring for others as a radiographer, while also giving so much back to the licensed trade through her leadership, including serving as President of the Vintners Federation of Ireland. She was a woman of warmth, integrity and commitment, whose contribution to both her profession and our industry earned the respect of so many.

On behalf of everyone at The Black Bull Inn, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Olive’s family, friends and colleagues. Her legacy will live on through the many lives she touched and the example she set.

May she rest in peace.
