We’re a local, independent Cheesecake business, based in Drogheda, Ireland.

Our focus is on Fresh, Tasty, Local and Top Quality ingredients which we promote within all our products. Delivery and Collection service offered within the local Drogheda area.

As some of you may, or may not have seen.. we typically start doing our deep filled Easter egg cheesecakes around this time of the year (when we’re able to get the eggs!)

Our lovingly prepared Easter egg cheesecakes consist of:

1) Buttery biscuit base
2) Deep filled cheesecake mix flavoured with your chosen topping
3) Topped and loaded with yummy goodness

They’re priced at €6 each or €10 for 2!

Flavour choices are currently:

Lotus Biscoff - Crunchy Biscoff base, smashed Biscoff and caramel filling, topped with Biscoff biscuit pieces

Oreo - Oreo biscuit base, smashed Oreo cookies and cream pieces in a creamy Cheesecake mix, topped with Oreo and melted chocolate

Cadbury’s Creme egg - Digestive biscuit base, Creme egg Cheesecake filling, topped with half a Creme egg and broken Creme egg pieces

Salted caramel - Salted buttery Digestive biscuit base, caramel Cheesecake filling, topped with salted caramel sauce and chocolate caramel mini egg

Lemon Meringue - Plain digestive biscuit base, zingy lemon meringue Cheesecake filling, topped with homemade citrus meringues and lemon curd

Raspberry and white chocolate - Plain digestive biscuit base, smashed raspberries and melted white chocolate Cheesecake filling, topped with fresh raspberries, raspberry sauce and white chocolate

Good morning all,

We’ve been experiencing some major setbacks and issues with our Facebook account. Messages that we’ve been receiving haven’t been allowing us to respond, somehow our business page has been faulty. Not to worry though.. all seems to be fine now! All messages will be responded to ASAP. Many apologies, something we couldn’t prevent from happening unfortunately.

We’re back up and running again! 😃🇮🇪🍰

Just a quick reminder to those who don’t already know. We’re only currently operating on a part time basis as we don’t have use of the kitchen everyday. We use a professional kitchen twice a week. (Monday and Tuesday) so effectively we’re able to take orders to be collected or delivered for these days only.

A Cheesecake made with peoples favourites!

1) Base consisting of Lotus Biscoff biscuit
2 Filling made of salted caramel, chocolate brownie chunks, more Biscoff pieces
3) Topped with more brownies and caramel sauce

We always like to try and attempt new flavour combinations here at Cheesert. This one’s definitely a winner, and will be a special version of this made using our small 7” Cake ring (deep filled Cheesecake) depending on popularity is whether or not it will be a regular option. Cheesecake of the day at D'Vine Drogheda.

Biscoff Base.. Salted Caramel and gooey chocolate chunk brownie pieces with smashed Biscoff biscuit filling, topped with more brownie and caramel sauce. Definitely a great way to treat yourself after a lovely meal. 👍👍🍫🍰

We ensure that our products are made within a safe and professional working environment, food safety measures are always in place throughout the whole working process, so you can trust that your order will be well looked after and cared for throughout.

We truly are a new business here in Drogheda and trying to get our name out is a little struggle, but we’re getting a few orders weekly now which is great, truly appreciate it!

Mango Cheesecake made yesterday for another one of our lovely local customers here in Drogheda, Rocha. just a quick photo as I was about to deliver to them! 😂🙈

The amount of orders we’re getting weekly is incredible, really didn’t expect such a great response. We truly appreciate you all giving us the chance, as there’s many businesses that do similar thing, but we truly do pride ourselves on quality, using local produce and suppliers and only the best of ingredients.

We can do the majority of flavour requests, we also deliver locally!! 😃😃

Behind the scenes we’re working on some exciting stuff as far as social media content is concerned that is. We will be partnering up with a videographer that will film and edit special content for you all. We can’t wait, so excited!!

For now, these little videos are just self made with no special equipment. So expect a lot better quality in due course!! Haha!! 😂😃

Kinder Bueno Cheesecake, Nutella and milk chocolate filling with crushed kinder buenos, topped with freshly whipped cream, more buenos.. crushed and whole. Finished with couple of fresh strawberries, on a salted buttery biscuit base!! Yummy!! ❤️

Saw these yummy Kit Kat treats in Deals earlier on. Just wow! Yum!! 😋😋
We think these would make a banging Cheesecake. Peanut Butter and Caramel flavoured Cheesecake with an oozy Kit Kat crunchy chocolate ganache.
