Valentine's Day is coming!
And specifically for this occasion, we've created a heart-shaped dessert. It's so much more than dessert, a pure happiness. From the first bite, the marvelous awakens. Under the crunchy shell of ruby chocolate, an irresistible combination of flavors explodes. A subtle blend of sweet rose cream and floral tone filling. Litchi and raspberry.

Unless you're into sweets. We offer beetroot cured salmon with red wine fluid gel, crème fraîche, cranberry dressing or pork loin, with cauliflower puree, black garlic sauce, and raspberry dust.

We've changed our favorite vegan starter, which now contains only carrots, and the whole course is complemented by saffron sauce. The whole dish is purely vegan, allergen-free, gluten-free and other substances.
