Very excited to get up and running tomorrow evening for Féasta & The Éany Mór's second collaboration!
Only this time we are serving all weekend🙌

We have added in a delicious Pizza Option for Friday night🍕:

12" Stonebaked Pepperoni Pizza, made with Homemade Roast Vine Tomato, Garlic & Herb Pizza Sauce, Stringy Mozzarella Cheese & Lightly Smoked Pepperoni.

The Burgers were so popular last time we are bringing them back!🫶🎉

-Beef ;
Grilled Ribeye Beef Burger, supplied by multi- award winning local butchers, EWS.
The beef is topped with Streaky Smoked Bacon, Creamy Mature Cheddar & Homemade Caramalised Onion. Served with a Sweet Tomato Relish & Honey & Sriracha Mayo.

-3 Pork;
Marinated, seared and slow cooked pulled pork, bound with high quality pork mince and seasoned sausage meat to make a pork patty filled with flavour & texture.
Served with sliced green apple for sweetness and crunch. Topped with a mix of shredded kale & white cabbage, sauteed to perfection and mixed with a honey & wholegrain mustard mayonaise.

-Peri Peri;
Free Range Chicken Breast, butterflied and marinated for 24hrs in Peri Peri seasoning, roast garlic, sweet chili & dark musvocado sugar.
Seared and topped with a melted chili infused cheddar. Finished with a flavour packed handmade Asian Slaw and Crispy Onions, for extra texture in in every bite.

All burgers are served in a buttery toasted brioche bap and served with crispy cos lettuce, and sliced vine tomatoes.
The Chunky chips are seasoned with a smoked salt, with marie rose sauce and ketchup for dipping on the side.

These high quality burgers are presented in recyclable boxes for a no fuss relaxed dining experience while you enjoy the August Bank Holiday Weekend and a cold pint of your choice.☀️🍔🍺🍟

This time last week we were all set for to go for the Fèasta/Eany Mór Bar Burger, Chips & Pint Bank Holiday Sunday!🍔🍟🍺

The place was packed inside and out that evening. It was a very successful day and a great days craic to boot!☀️🎉

Huge thanks to my friend Marcus Pearson for joining me and ensuring a smooth and seamless kitchen service. 👨‍🍳

Weekend around the corner, New menu item for !✨️

Scorched & slow braised beef in a sweet onion gravy, topped with a deliciously creamy chive cheddar.
Toasted in a garlic ciabatta and finished with fresh sliced vine tomato, crisp lettuce & my homemade smokey buttermilk ranch dressing 🙋‍♀️

Ranch dressing has a traditional egg emulsion mayonaise base, with some buttermilk, fresh garlic, dried dill, fresh green herb, smoked paprika and a squeeze of lemon blitzed in.👌

Served with a little sauerkraut (pickled/ fermentend cabbage) on the side to add to your Ciabatta.
Adds texture and an extra layer of lovlieness to your lunch.

Hi, I’m Sinead and welcome to The Village Nest

This little guesthouse has been a labour of love over the past while, and I’m so excited to finally share it with you.

Nestled here in Donegal, surrounded by beaches, hills, and some of the most beautiful scenery in Ireland, The Village Nest is all about slowing down, getting fresh air, and feeling at home.
