What a fantastic few days Clonmany Agricultural Show thank you to The Food Coast Donegal and Chef Brian Mc Dermott for the demo and allowing us to set up and serve fish tacos and pulled pork showcasing Donegal food produce. We can’t do what we do with it them.

Massive thanks to Ballyholey Farm & Shop and all the The Food Coast Donegal members who dropped by. Such amazing support from our fabulous food community 🥰

We sold fresh fish tacos, fish from Albatross Seafoods & pork from EWS Traditional Butchers , corn taco from Picado Mexican 🙌👌. All served with Picco de Galla, and pickled red cabbage. And some of John’s freshly harvested new potatoes (with help from Tracey!).

On the Demo with Brian and John we made hidden veg tomato sauce and showed how a family can make tasty mid week meals from one sauce, started with a baked hake with Ballyholey new potatoes 👌 & a handy homemade pizza sauce. Excellent demo tent, thanks to Adam Boggs & Kenny Maguire Ireland

We are all a tad tired this evening. But it was worth it!

What a gorgeous day 2 celebration this afternoon , thank you Chloe and Shane for booking us and thank you to for the fabulous set up out on the terrace.

We work closely with our community and local food producers to provide a true taste of Donegal food, all cooked on Irish Charcoal .ie
