We are on the beach this Sunday 19th July - and the weather forecast is looking good 🤞and high tide is just as we are finishing class!

The class will be on Murvagh Beach at 9.30am, and lasts for 45 minutes. We will have some tea and coffee afterwards!

As always, the class is at your own pace and is suitable for all levels. The class is €10.

We have a whatsapp where the dates will be released first for the beach yoga throughout the summer. If you are interested in joining, just send me a message!
