Due to the weather, class is moved indoors to St Patricks Parish Centre, Donegal Town!

Join us this Wednesday 27th August to 7.45pm for a sunset charity yoga class in aid of Donegal Mountain rescue team

We will have a 45 minute yoga class, suitable for all levels, followed by an optional dip and the usual tea and coffee!

Sunset and high tides are on the menu this week – so come along for the yoga, just the dip or even just the tea and chats!

The weather forecast is constantly changing at the moment (typical!!) so we may move indoors for the class but I will update closer to the time! Send me a message if you plan on coming along so I can keep you updated!

Join us on SUNDAY morning on Murvagh beach for some yoga at 9.30am
Suitable for all levels. Just drop me a message to book and then pop along with your mat.
We will be at the end of the walkway at the main car park.
We will have some tea and coffee afterwards, so just bring your own cup. Don't expect Barista coffee's, but there will be plenty of chats!!
