We are a small family-owned business operating from Dingle town, located on the rugged south-west coast of Ireland.

As a small family-run business, everything we do is closely tied to our personal lives. We're heartbroken to share that we've lost a beloved family member, and we'll be stepping away for a few days to be with our loved ones during this difficult time.

Thank you so much for your kindness, patience, and continued support.

🇯🇵 **A Special Moment for Di**le Sushi!** 🇯🇵

We were honoured to take part in a special lunch meeting with **His Excellency, Ambassador Maruyama Norio**, at **Munster Technological University (MTU)** in Tralee. It was an incredible opportunity to not only showcase our sushi but also connect with the amazing **staff and students of MTU**, **local government officials**, and representatives from Japanese companies like **JRI America**, **Astellas**, and **ALPS**.

As a local sushi business inspired by traditional Japanese techniques, it was a proud moment to be part of such an event that highlights the cultural and economic ties between Ireland and Japan.

A huge thank you to **His Excellency, Ambassador Maruyama Norio**, and to everyone who made this occasion so memorable. We’re excited about the future and look forward to continuing to bring the best of Di**le Sushi to our community!

After 10 incredible years of serving you delicious seafood mix, veggie mix, and our special snack packs, we're thrilled to announce a big change! We've always been passionate about providing you with the best sushi lunch boxes, and now we're taking a step further for our planet.
Our trays are transitioning from plastic to compostable cardboard! Each box will still come with your favourite soy sauce and pickled ginger, but now in a more eco-friendly package.🌍
