Thyme Out moved from its bricks & mortar to a free wheeling catering hub this year 💚

My sincere thanks to each of you for supporting this new way ♡

I will still be cooking in 2025!
Batching for your freezer will continue from mid-January, so order anytime & I will prepare with care your plant powered pots of goodness ♡

Bookings are open for private catering in your home or holiday home or for delivery on the peninsula.

I am really enjoying the variety of this work, meeting new folks & opportunities, so thank you all very much 😍

As the end of July approaches, the next Batch Cooking Day is this coming Monday 29th, please order by Sunday 🙏

I will be taking a lil break then to join family on their annual trip to Donegal & back in action again the second week of August 🌸

Came across this beautiful wild thyme bush in bloom, walking on the beautiful Di**le Peninsula 🌿

Summer is slow to warm up down here. However, we have had many bright sunny days & any dry days in Kerry are to be celebrated ☀️

We are at the height of Summer with the Solstice point being reached, yesterday 20th & a magical Strawberry Full Moon too! 🌕
Loving the beautiful long evenings &
hopeful, for golden sunny days ahead! 🌞

My focus since leaving the Café, has been to get the Private Catering side of things moving along 🌸

Delighted to have continued support with old customers & new folks & projects coming into the fold, too.
