After our Kerala specials in May, many of you have been asking what’s next. This June, Kari heads to Rajasthan — bringing sunshine, spice, and slow - cooked heat to the menu.
A little sneak peek: peppers stuffed with traditional Laal Maas keema — goat mince cooked with fiery red chilies and our lehsun garlic chutney. Smoky, spicy, and messy in the best way. No photos yet, unfortunately — you'll just have to trust us on this one.
