I will be representing my neighbouring county of Limerick on the Nationals awards in Galway on the 12th of September.

I am so proud of how far I've come, excited for what's next, and grateful for everyone who helped me get here. This is just the beginning.

Just like that...
My 5 weeks baking course came to end today.I would like to say huge thank you to Inna, Jack, Elaine,Ber, Sha and Avril who spent 5 Tuesdays in the baking world with me.My created course included Savoury canapés, mango and passion fruit mousse dessert cake. Baked cheesecake .Swissroll and Tiramisu.
The new term is starting back in Limerick Clare Education and Training Board college.
