Welcome to my world of artisan baking and culinary craft- a journey shaped by passion, heritage and deep love for creating memorable experiences through food. Originally from Estonia, the inspiration behind the name Nordic Twist, l have called Ireland home for over 25 years.
From very beginning, l have been captivated by the artistry of baking and culinary arts. There is something truly special about transforming simple, natural ingredients into creations that bring joy to others.Every product l make is thoughtfully crafted, infused with delicate Scandinavian flavours and presented in a refined Nordic style.
After qualifying as pastry chef,cake designer and culinary arts, l discovered that my true passion lies in creating bespoke pieces for life’s special moments. From luxurious celebrations cakes beautifully baked cookies, savoury artisan canapés, each creation is designed to be unique. I take great pride in ensuring that every detail reflects the individuality of my clients and their events, from the Estonian Embassy in Ireland, corporate clients to intimate family occasions, each client enjoys the best professional quality food.
