Hi folks,

Thanks so much for all your lovely comments on our last post. We really appreciate every one of them.

I've taken the post down because it was lifted from our page by social media outlets. It was never meant to become a news story.

We simply wanted to let our customers, friends and community know the news ourselves and thank you for all your support over the years. It meant a lot to us.

Thanks also to Carmel and the Hennelly family who leased us the pub. You have been wonderful neighbours and we couldn't have asked for better.

A huge congratulations to our own Belle Foley on helping her team reach the Gaynor Cup Final in UL today following a series of outstanding performances throughout the week.

Everyone at Corrib Celtic is immensely proud of Belle and all that she has achieved. We would also like to acknowledge Kevin O'Neill, who is part of the coaching team with this talented U14 squad.

It is a massive day for football in Galway, and we wish Belle, Kevin, and the entire team the very best of luck in the final.
