We love a grear burger!!!!

Our beef burgers are made using freshly ground chuck steak, always cooked from raw, seared on the grill and finished in the oven for maximum flavour and juiciness. Served with your choice of Bandon Vintage Cheddar, Rosscarbery smoked bacon or Cashel Blue cheese.

For our chicken burgers, we use East Ferry free range chicken breast, marinated in house and cooked to order on the grill before being finished in the oven. They are served with our lime and coriander mayo. One of the favourites is our Cali Club Burger with tomato, lettuce, smoked bacon and avocado.

We also always have a vegan burger on the menu, changing regularly with the seasons. Past favourites include our black bean burger, mushroom burger and our famous blackened tempeh burger.

❤️ Love Thursdays €37 for 2 courses choose a main course of a 9oz NY Strip Steak / 8oz Rib-Eye OR the prime fish of the day , with seasonal sides.

We’re Hiring.

Liberty Grill is looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress with strong barista skills to join our team.

This is a full-time role, mainly evening shifts with some daytime work mixed in. You’ll need to be confident running a section, comfortable on the coffee machine, and able to keep standards high when it’s busy.

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or café
• Barista skills essential (consistency, speed, quality)
• Good with people, reliable, and a team player
