Well done to Joanne and all her colleagues on raising a whopping €10,600 for the Irish Cancer Society on Daffodil day last Friday 20th March in the Courthouse on Washington street.
We are delighted to be part of this great annual event as Daffodil day is our charity of choice for 25 years . Thank you .republic for the amazing coffee ☕️

What a fantastic morning at Washington Street courthouse in Cork.
Many thanks to Court Services for allowing us to run this event again this year.

Gusto Salads are worth talking about in the new year!

Every day we make two grain salads, one gluten free, both vegan, packed with seasonal vegetables, dressed only with extra virgin olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon juice, seasalt & black pepper.

We build your bowl with mixed leaves, aged balsamic, one or both salads & top them with feta, mixed seeds, walnuts, pesto.
You can add hot chicken breast, grilled Haloumi & avocado if you fancy.
