From a crisp morning at the market to an evening beneath twinkling Christmas lights, warm up with the inviting aromas of Thai Foodie. Every meal is freshly cooked to order, bringing authentic Thai flavours together with quality local Irish produce. 🍜✨

THANK YOU, DI**LE FOOD FESTIVAL! 🌊💚

What a lovely weekend in Di**le. With its colourful streets, beautiful harbour and rolling green hills, the town offered a wonderful backdrop to a celebration of delicious food and good company.

Through sunshine, passing clouds and a little light drizzle, the Di**le Food Festival’s warm, friendly atmosphere stayed with us throughout. It was a pleasure to be among so many talented food producers and vendors, with tempting aromas around every corner and people taking time to chat, taste and enjoy it all.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by, enjoyed a meal or shared a kind word. We loved cooking for you, meeting new faces and sharing our freshly made Thai flavours.

Thank you also to our fellow vendors for the company and community spirit, and to the organisers, volunteers and everyone behind the scenes whose hard work made the weekend possible.

We’re heading home with lovely memories of Di**le’s scenery, hospitality and a town brought together by a love of good food. Thank you for making us part of it. 💚

🌊 DI**LE FOOD FESTIVAL - COME HUNGRY, LEAVE HAPPY! 🍴

A weekend of delicious discoveries, colourful streets and coastal charm awaits, and Thai Foodie is delighted to be part of it!

Explore the much-loved Taste Trail, browse bustling market stalls, enjoy street entertainment, and discover workshops and children’s activities. Bring your friends and family, wander through Di**le, and let your appetite lead the way.

We’ll be adding the aromas of sizzling woks and fragrant Thai herbs to the festival atmosphere, cooking every dish fresh to order. From sweet, tangy Pad Thai to rich, aromatic red curry stir-fry, expect authentic flavours made with quality local Irish produce and plenty of loving care. 💚

🌊 Make a Saturday of it in Cobh!

There’s something special about a morning on Cobh Promenade: colourful houses climbing the hillside, St Colman’s Cathedral above the town, and Cork Harbour stretching out in front of you. Take a stroll by the water, grab a coffee, and enjoy the bustle of Cobh Farmers Market. ☕

Browse fresh local produce, artisan foods, handmade crafts and tasty treats from the market stalls. Then come and find Thai Foodie for vibrant Thai flavours and aromatic dishes cooked fresh to order. It’s a lovely way to enjoy good food while supporting local traders. 🍜💚

If you’re spending the day in town, there’s plenty more to explore. Visit the Titanic Experience, discover Cobh’s emigration story at the Heritage Centre, or wander up towards the cathedral for another view of the harbour.

What a wonderful day at Macroom Food Festival!

From the calm morning opening to a bustling afternoon filled with happy visitors, every part of the day brought its own special energy. It was a pleasure serving our freshly cooked Thai food and meeting so many lovely people from Macroom and beyond.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by Thai Foodie, enjoyed a meal, had a chat or recommended us to a friend. Your kindness and support mean so much to our small business.

THANK YOU, CORK - WHAT A FANTASTIC CULTURE NIGHT!

A big thank you to everyone who joined us at the Night Market on Cornmarket Street for Cork Culture Night.

It was a wonderful evening in the city, with live music, great food and a fantastic atmosphere. We really appreciated everyone who stopped by Thai Foodie for a freshly cooked meal or a quick chat. Your support means so much to our small business.
