We are hiring!
On the look out for someone to join our front of house team. The role would ideally suit someone looking to make the next step in their career. With lots of opportunities for growth and learning within the team.

The ideal person would be needed to fill a variety of roles within our service team, with some time on the bar and some on the floor.

If you have experience in a similar setting or love to work with exciting cocktails and wine please get in touch.

The role is 30-40hrs per week 4-5 days.
Dinner service only Tue-sat.

Last Sunday, Rebel City Distillery were kind enough to give the team a little insight into the beautiful drinks they make.

Spices come from the women’s co-operative in Bhagyas home city of Kerala, India. Those are distilled by Rob in the historic Ford factory in Cork’s marina.

Cork and Kerala collide perfectly to bring us their Maharani gin, pomelo vodka and absinthe. All world class drinks, connected to community and made a few minutes walk from the restaurant.

So great hearing the amazing story behind this couple and their small distillery with a massive cross-cultural heart ❤️ Thanks for sharing, Bhagya and Rob.
