The Ivory Tower, established in 1993, has become one of the most celebrated restaurants in Cork's gastronomic circles. Serving fusion cuisine with influences from Japan, Mexico and France, the food varies from the interesting (Fillet steak with artichoke hearts and a blue cheese sauce) to the unusual (Blackened Swordfish with a banana ketchup) and occasionally beyond (Oyster and Conger Eel Sausage

with a dill sauce). Occasional world cuisine dishes are also served in their traditional format; Japoanese dishes include Tempura and Sushi, while Mexican Soul Food such as Veal Chimichanga also features frequently. In addition The Ivory Tower provides catering for weddings - for when neither Beef nor Salmon are required.
