What a night! ✨

We had an absolute ball at Culture Night in the English Market yesterday! 🎶🧀

We were delighted to serve up our cheese & charcuterie boards, with plenty of our gorgeous pâté for people to nibble on while soaking up the live music and wonderful atmosphere throughout the market.

There was such a brilliant buzz all evening — great food, great music, plenty of happy faces and a whole lot of Cork spirit! ❤️

Our team were right in the middle of it all and soaking up every minute. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to enjoy a board, have a chat and share in the Culture Night celebrations. 🥂

🏆 Blas na hÉireann 2026 Finalists 🇮🇪

We’re delighted to share that three of our pâtés have been named finalists in the 2026 Blas na hÉireann Irish Food Awards.

For us, Blas na hÉireann is a very special award. It celebrates the quality and flavour of Irish food through independent, blind tasting — meaning the products have to speak for themselves. No labels, no reputation, just what’s in the jar.

Having been fortunate enough to receive Blas awards every year, we never take being recognised for granted. Each year brings new products, new producers and an incredibly high standard of Irish food, so making the finalist stage is something we’re always proud of.

A big thank you to the Blas team and judges, and to everyone who continues to support On The Pigs Back and our pâtés.
