Ballyhoura Yoga & Wellness Festival at Creagh Castle, Doneraile.
Saturday 29th September 2018 9am-6pm
Join us for a fun and relaxing day of Yoga and Mindfulness activities including opening circle, Hatha and Kundalini Yoga activities, a mindfulness walk in nature, community sound bath and closing ceremony.
