We set up to provide high quality healthy and handmade food conveniently. We believe food
not only nourishes our bodies but our souls. This is why we make everything ourselves by hand, with love and local produce. We’ve gone from farmers’ markets to the English Market to our own shop on the Ballinlough road where you can visit us and enjoy an organic fair-trade coffee at our refectory table and w

atch the bustle of the neighbourhood go by. Joup has won multiawards including an ad on TV3 and our sustaining sandwiches are popular amongst the sporting elite such as the Cork Football Team. We remain a small flexible family business with high quality, handcrafted food, and

FAREWELL - we are closing ☹️
It is with deep thought and consideration that both Orna and I have made the decision to close Joup Cafe’s doors permanently from this Friday, May 5th 2018.

We are proud of our accomplishments in these past 13 years from: starting out on Farmers’ Markets; to the English Market; to our shop in Ballinlough. From growing wheatgrass; to juicing tonnes of carrots; to our online shop, it has been a trip!

From the bottoms of our heart we will so miss the daily chats with our wonderful customers and appreciate your loyalty and business over all these years. We genuinely thank you for believing in us and it was our pleasure to serve you!

This is not the last you will hear from us, I am going to continue blogging over at www.joup.ie on life and food!
